The client

The Dingo project at UB City — one of Bengaluru’s most prominent commercial addresses.

What they needed

Furniture to a higher finish standard than a typical commercial fit-out. In a building of this profile the interior is part of how the occupier presents itself, so the specification was driven as much by finish quality and detailing as by seat count.

The client came to us with their own colour selection and design intent. Our job was to manufacture to it accurately, not to reinterpret it.

The notable part

Colour and finish matching. When a client has chosen a palette, every item across the order has to land on it — workstations, lounge pieces and custom units alike. That is far easier to guarantee when everything is manufactured in one workshop from one approved sample than when it is assembled from several suppliers’ stock ranges, each with its own idea of the same colour.

Working in a prestige commercial building adds its own constraints: access windows, service lift bookings and building management coordination all shape when work can physically happen on site. Those are logistics problems, and they are solved by planning rather than by hurrying.

The furniture was delivered to the client’s colour selection and approved designs, and the project was completed to requirement.
