What they needed
A workspace built for an IT floor — which is a specific brief, not a generic office one. IT teams cluster and re-cluster, they need power and data at every seat, and they alternate between heads-down work and unplanned conversation. Furniture that suits a bank rarely suits a software floor.
The requirement was for modular workstations that could support that working pattern, with collaborative zones and proper meeting facilities built into the same scheme.

The layout balanced desk density against circulation, so the floor holds its headcount without feeling packed. Finishes were kept to a consistent family across workstations, collaboration areas and meeting rooms so the floor reads as one designed space.
The notable part
Delivery timing. IT fit-outs are usually tied to a lease start or a team ramp-up, and both are dates that do not move. Because we manufacture at our own Bommanahalli workshop, the production schedule is under our control rather than dependent on a supplier’s queue.
The client’s feedback was that they received the completed workspace ahead of the date they had expected.
