Tata Motors Finance, at their Bengaluru office.

What they needed

A full office interior rather than a furniture order — the brief covered the working floor and the rooms around it. That meant modular workstations for the open plan, executive cabins, meeting rooms, a reception area and the storage the floor would need day to day, all resolved as one scheme.

For a client of this scale, the furniture also has to sit correctly inside an existing brand identity. Finishes and proportions were selected to read as part of the company’s environment rather than as a supplier’s house style dropped into it.

Everything was manufactured at our Bommanahalli workshop and installed by our own team, so the specification agreed at drawing stage was the specification that arrived on site.

The constraint

Timeline. An office fit-out for an operating business has a fixed date attached to it — the floor has to be usable on the day the team moves in, not a week later. Manufacturing directly is what makes that predictable: production schedules are ours to manage rather than something we wait on from a third party.

The workstation project was completed and delivered on time, and the client received the products built to their approved design.
