What we make

Modular furniture is built as a set of standardised units that combine to fit a specific space. The units are repeatable, which keeps quality consistent and cost predictable; the arrangement is bespoke, which is what makes it fit a real room. That combination is the entire argument for modular over site-built carpentry.

We manufacture modular furniture across residential, office and institutional applications at our workshop on Hosur Road, Bommanahalli: wardrobes, storage cabinets, kitchen units, workstations, conference tables and storage systems. Everything is made to a measured room and installed by our own team.

Modular wardrobes

Hinged and sliding-shutter wardrobes, built to the full height of the room so the dust-collecting gap above a freestanding almirah never exists. Internals are configured to what you actually own — hanging space, shelf space, drawer space and a locker section, in the proportions that suit the person using it.

Storage cabinets and units

Cabinets, credenzas, side units and full-height cupboards for homes and offices. Lockable where required.

Kitchen units

Base, wall and tall units for modular kitchens, in all standard layouts.

Workstations and office desking

Modular office workstations, cubicles and manager desks, built from a component system that can be reconfigured or extended later.

Conference tables

Rectangular, oval and contemporary shapes with integrated cable routing.

Institutional storage

Lockers, file storage and lab storage for schools, colleges and labs.

Why modular, and when not to

Modular is the right answer when the room is a normal shape, when you may want to reconfigure later, and when you want consistent factory finish quality. It is manufactured in controlled conditions, delivered finished and assembled on site, which means far less dust and disruption than site carpentry.

It is a weaker fit where a space is genuinely irregular — sloping ceilings, deep unusual niches, curved walls. In those cases a hybrid works best: modular units for the bulk of the run, with purpose-made fillers and end panels handling the awkward geometry. We build both, so we have no reason to push you toward one when the other is right.

Specifying modular furniture

Measure the room, not the drawing. Builder drawings and finished buildings differ. We measure on site before cutting.
Plan the internals around your possessions. Wardrobe internals in particular should follow what you own. Standard internal layouts are a guess.
Decide finishes as a family. A limited palette used consistently looks deliberate. A wide one looks accidental.
Hardware is the long-term decision. Hinges, channels and sliding gear are what you touch daily and what fails first if under-specified. Ask what you are being quoted and why.
Think about the next move. If a room’s function may change, choose units that can be re-arranged rather than pieces built into the wall.
Services first. Sockets, switches and any plumbing must be fixed in position before manufacture.

Materials and finishes

Carcasses are built in engineered board, specified for the moisture conditions of the room — a kitchen or bathroom-adjacent unit is not built the same way as a bedroom wardrobe. All exposed edges are edge-banded. Shutters are available in laminate, acrylic and membrane finishes across matte and gloss options.

Metal-framed items — workstations, lockers, institutional storage — are fabricated in mild steel section, welded and powder coated. Powder coating can be matched to a brand or scheme colour.

Who this suits

Homeowners furnishing an apartment or independent house; offices needing storage and desking that can be reconfigured as teams change; and schools, colleges and labs standardising storage across a campus. We work with individual homeowners and with contractors and interior designers who need a manufacturer that can hold a specification across repeat orders.

Customisation

Unit sizes, internal configuration, finishes and hardware are all chosen per project. Because we manufacture directly rather than reselling, a non-standard dimension is a normal instruction to the workshop rather than a special order with a premium and a wait.

Our process is straightforward: site measurement, layout for approval, manufacture in our workshop, installation by our own team. One company from first measurement to final handover.
